We're quite surprised by this false claim, as you were never charged for GAP insurance and based on your loan structure, you didn't need it. Therefore, a refund is impossible and contract was never provided because it didn't exist. It would actually have been shady of us to offer GAP insurance given your equity position at time of delivery. Shady business puts a bad taste in our mouth and we never mislead or misrepresent coverage. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

You were not there. You do not know what I was told. Not sure what you mean by equity position at time of delivery. Please explain. I never had an issue getting GAP protection in the past, seems like it is just with your dealership. The numbers on my contract add up to the numbers I was told. As I told your people when I talked to them, i just want what's mine. Thank god I didnt have to use that insurance or we would have had a bigger issue. If you dont want to provide me what is mine, that is fine but dont expect me to give ya'll a good review when you are here doing this to customers. How do you explain the overcharge for the taxes? Let me guess that's my fault too? RIDICULOUS! Never seen a company to not take responsibility.

GAP insurance is beneficial if you are not in an equitable position, ie you owe less than the vehicle is worth if something were to happen to the vehicle. In your case, you owed much less than the vehicle is worth. This response is confusing to us because your initial claim is that you wanted a refund for the insurance you were promised. Now, you're confirming that you did not receive the GAP insurance claiming you had a problem getting it from us. You are not owed anything since you never had the coverage to begin with. There is no refund available to what does not exist. You wouldn't have had to use the insurance in the event of a total loss because you owed much less than the vehicle's value. You were not overcharged for taxes either. The selling price and documentation fee is taxed. We never claimed anything was your fault. We will always take responsibility, but in this case there is not fault. If you'd like to discuss personally, please contact us again.

When you are told that you will be receiving a service, you expect to get a service. I paid for GAP insurance, I only found out that you guys did not provide me with GAP protection until I called for my refund. The price for GAP is on the other line for some reason. GAP Protection is for the life of the loan, it doesnt matter what I got the car at, which wasnt much cheaper than the MSRP price. As for the taxes, please read the line for taxes in the invoice. It says price of line 5. Grab line 5 and multiple it by 6.25%. It does not equal to what I paid. Lesson learned I guess, never trust sales people!

Multiple customers arrived for service and left before my car was even looked at by a mechanic which was more than 3 hours after my appointment time. That has nothing to do with diagnosis of any issues. It may be due to overbooking, lack of mechanics on duty, or possibly a lack of organization by the service manager. In any case I agree the issue needs to be addressed so people who are waiting for their vehicles do not have their time wasted. The issue would be moot for vehicles left for service by their owners. Your current system is inefficient and results in very poor customer service.
