I was initially pleased after getting my car at this dealership but they totally abandoned me. With less than 70,000 miles, it developed a problem with the traction control. The Norwood techs were not a dealership but they totally abandoned me. With less than 70,000 miles, it developed a problem with the traction control. The Norwood techs were not able to fix, let alone diagnose it despite three attempts. They kept saying they were not getting any error codes, and could not replicate the issues I reported. I provided them with the codes that I had received but it still did no good. Worse yet, I could not get Norwood to even respond to my calls and emails as the issues continued. It's ridiculous. I spent more than $85,000 here and they just took the money and ran. They have turned me against Cadillac forever. More
Had an appointment at 10 A. M.. My salesman was Al,and he was great !! When it came down to the valuation of my trade in ,not great. I was a bit put out about the valuation becau M.. My salesman was Al,and he was great !! When it came down to the valuation of my trade in ,not great. I was a bit put out about the valuation because the person ?? who did the value on my car, didn't even go out to look at it.How is it possible to valuate a car for trade without inspecting it ?? Does that mean that every car, same yr. and same make and model all have the same valuation ??? I don't think so. Very disappointed as I did want to buy a car today !! More

This has been by far the worst car buying experience of my life. Traded in our 15 Escalade for a newer model. After trade we realized we had left some personal property in the vehicle. We were repeatedly t my life. Traded in our 15 Escalade for a newer model. After trade we realized we had left some personal property in the vehicle. We were repeatedly told the property wasn't in the vehicle. It wasn't until we were going to get the authority's involved that said property was suddenly found and returned. We were given a loan with a 9% Apr while having a 830 credit score. Had to except this rate in order to leave with new vehicle . Refied and got a 4.5% rate from a local lender. After returning to have a defective screen replaced under a writen promise to repair, I inquired about the second key the sales rep said he was going to get for me and was told it couldn't be found. At that time salesman told.me they were going to make me another key free of charge and to get back in touch with the in a few weeks to schedule a time to come in. When I contacted them to set up the service I was told they would make us a new key but it would be at our expense. When I explained to them what I have just written. I was then told they would get back to me. Well after many text with out a response for over a week, here we are. I have contacted my sales rep atleast 10 times without a single response. I hope this helps someone in the future. If they say they will do anything, make sure you get it in writing because once they have your money you are an After thought More

This is my 3rd Cadillac car in 10 years and it will be my last. The service has gone downhill so far it is impossible to consider them for another car. You cannot give enough time to schedule your day if end last. The service has gone downhill so far it is impossible to consider them for another car. You cannot give enough time to schedule your day if end up having to go there. An oil change takes 1.5 hours because they don't touch your car for 30 minutes even though you make an appointment days in advance. They do not reset life sensors so after they replace a filter you keep getting error messages to keep you having to make appointments. They literally did not touch my car for 24 hours one time and didnt even tell me until I called to pick it up. They do not have loaners ever, they claim it is supply chain and other xx but every other brand is back. DO NOT BUY CADILLAC - SERVICE IS HORRIBLE More

Brought the car back next day and was first told it may be a $500 sensor, then was told they were able to get it working again without replacing the sensor. That same day the gauge began having the same issues. I am very disappointed because I brought my car here for their expertise with Cadillacs and the car is now worse off than when I brought it in for routine service. Everything on this car worked properly before I brought it to Norwood Cadillac. More

She was looking for a base model Escalade but the sales person sold her the highest end model V and was charged a 48% adjusted mark up on her vehicle which was not explicitly disclosed on her purchase contract. When she realized the error of the purchase the very next day, she called the dealership and asked if she could bring the car back. They were unwilling to assist and told her the deal was final. She called again the next day and they told her she could come in and they would discuss a trade in. 8 days after purchase she returned to the dealership only to find her car had lost $73K in value according to the dealership. Her family has contacted the dealership to discuss the transaction and have been told "she signed the contract, so too bad." In summary, if you are looking to purchase a Cadillac we recommend Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield. They were kind enough to inform us that while adjusted mark-ups are typical in the current market, for the vehicle our mother purchased the mark-up should have been 30% which is a far cry from the 48% mark-up in Norwood. He refused to show it to me until he collected information. I explained that I was not interested in a test drive as I was pressed for time. He refused to show me the vehicle. I walked out. Upon further investigation, I found out there was no General Manager for the Cadillac or Aston Martin dealership. Also, Aston Martin Boston had “moved” to Norwood on this one campus. The writing on the wall indicates the Aston Martin portion of the dealership is struggling. I then walked on the lot and saw the vehicle was very dirty—unbelievable for a $115,000 car. Buyer beware!
