Everytime I need to get my vehicle fix, you guys never have rental car available. I have to take my vehicle home & drop it off on the day that the parts come in. I worked with Juan (salesman) he was very polite and honest. I test drove the truck twice and he was extremely accommodating. I couldn’t believe when he came back with an offer that it was very close to what I was expecting to get. This made the negotiation quick and very easy. Patrick the finance person was just as nice and cut the haggling to zero. Unlike other dealerships I’ve been to that they start with low balling trade ins. Finance persons try and force unwanted things I don’t want. This didn’t happen here. I will be happy to work with this dealership again in the future. More

When you first pull up for your service appointment everyone is super nice and they want to do everything to make it a great customer experience. Thats where it ends. Trying to get hold of anyone after everyone is super nice and they want to do everything to make it a great customer experience. Thats where it ends. Trying to get hold of anyone after that is impossible. We have even left messages with the service manager. If you leave a message expect no calls back. The only one at the dealership thats answers any calls is Robert to make appointments. He is super nice and try’s to get you in touch with anyone. The answering service people are great.You would think one person of the many employees walking around the dealership just could pick ip a phone call. More
