Beware of this dealership; they have many times told me one thing and changed their mind. Firstly, they had difficulty communicating with my bank regarding the loan. Simply not following up and taking the bank's word on a mistake, I had to step in to help. During this time, they ran my credit several times when I only gave them permission for one instance. They couldn't send the complete information to my bank after the truck was funded and would not respond to the bank; again, I had to step in. The GM and sales managers went against what they had already told me would be needed to release the truck, thus making it an extra-long process. I ended up having to rent a car in the meantime for three days. The sales associate I was working with sent me a video that wasn't of great quality, and when I asked if the truck had any marks, scratches, or defects, he replied that there were none. When I received the truck, there were several scratches and some marks on it, not to mention a detailing job that could only be described as vandalism. Alex told me they would get this fixed, as several people had a similar issue. I informed them about the few quotes I had gotten, and they changed their mind about what they would be willing to pay for. They had to issue a temporary tag because they messed up the registration; they let that expire after ignoring a few emails asking for an update and issued another temporary tag. The most disorganized place of business I've ever seen. More
I went in to get a new battery and right out the gate the salesperson wanted me to go get paperwork for the warranty? After learning the computer a while he brings a new battery but doesn’t give me a core charge for my old battery. I had called earlier asking for the price and the lady stated what it was and the receipt was the same amount. He got combative when I asked about it because it took a while for him to do the receipt the first time. I won’t be doing business here again!! More
I asked for a quote on a vehicle from an online ad. The salesperson told me they were a “no haggle” dealership! I received the quote that Included a $799 Admin fee with THAT EVERYONE PAYS in caps, and The salesperson told me they were a “no haggle” dealership! I received the quote that Included a $799 Admin fee with THAT EVERYONE PAYS in caps, and a $598 warranty that is assessed to ALL (again all caps). I asked for explanation of the warranty. It’s a spray-on ceramic coating and a number that gets etched into a fender for “theft deterrent.” I don’t need or want a pseudo ceramic coating and I could just take a BOS and spend 15 minutes at the DMV and save the $799. But, the fees are non-negotiable making the sale price moot. More

Update 10/24: Changing my rating after working with Rob Satter and his team. They were willing and able to work with us to rectify the situation. Although this car did not work out for us, we are happy wit Satter and his team. They were willing and able to work with us to rectify the situation. I would highly not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. We purchased a Lincoln Aviator in Dec 2022. It was apart of their buy back program which is them purchasing lemon cars AND NOT FIXING THEM. We here. We purchased a Lincoln Aviator in Dec 2022. It was apart of their buy back program which is them purchasing lemon cars AND NOT FIXING THEM. We were told it was perfectly fine, new transmission and under warranty. This was by far a lie. By December 31st, our car completely stop working. They worked on the car for over a month and half. And less than a month later, we had the same issue. It’s now August 2023 and we are still experiencing the same issues and driven the care less than 30 days. Lincoln has denied our good faith review to purchase back the car 4 times. I’ve called and left voicemails to the General Manager, Rob Satter, and until this day never heard back. I’ve now found out that our vehicle has been bought back by Lincoln 3x and we were never informed of this information during purchase. From reading reviews, you can tell I am not the only person this has happened to. What they are doing here is NOT RIGHT. More

Buying a car is great but getting request done is not good. I've been searching for the particular model/trim/equipment and this place was the only one had it so I drove 1.5hrs from my work to look and good. There was heavy oxidation on roof and asked them to make it better before I pick it up on following week. Also, window tint was cut off on all side windows due to darkness issue with NC. They are removing and service the car before pickup. That was fine. Over the weekend (I live 4hrs away), I contacted sales person and asked him to get window tinted again. He agreed and gotten tinting job done. When I went to pickup my vehicle, roof was much worse shape and windows were tinted but rear window was not. The original tint on rear window was not supposed to be stripped. Having no transportation (my co-league drove me to get a car) I picked it up and drove back to the city I work. Now I had to take it to collision specialist to repair my roof for more $$$ to shed. Also, final paperwork was done by another person and he was not so pleasant. No price negotiation because sales guy said "No Haggle Price"... More
