My Review of Cargill Chevrolet:
Short version. 2007 Silverado 2500 LT1. Continuous random electrical issues. Dealer has made many efforts to repair the vehicle and they do fix the current problem but then vehicle has yet another problem. I was actually told by Jon in Service that he believes the last several issues that came up with the vehicle at 9K miles were caused by me personally to make the truck have electrical problems, computer problems, and blow fuses on purpose. He actually insisted that at 9k miles I overinflated my tires to 90PSI to make the computer that reads the tire pressure fail. Keep this in mind, would you inflate your tire to 90PSI, drive 70mph on a highway with your 3year old daughter in the passenger seat just to prove a point to your dealer?? Absurd !! And that is a sick and classless accusation to make to a customer or anyone for that matter. Even better, the tires they alleged I inflated, were installed by them when I bought the truck. They were new and slightly larger and I had them take them off from my F350 trade In and put them on this truck. So who overinflated the tires ?? Of course, I must have according to Jon. You would think a dealer would work with you to resolve a vehicle problem and not point fingers at you because they have to do " warranty work" to a vehicle or actually go out of their way to fix your $30,000 investment.

My Review of Cargill Chevrolet:
I wnt in to purchase an Impala. They were very quick to sell me this car!!! The ONE option I was emphatic that the car needed to have was anti-lock brakes. The car I was looking at was a demo model. I specifically asked if the car had ABS and was answered with "it's a top of the line, of course it has ABS." 5 months later in the bad weather I hit the brakes -- no ABS!!! the car DOES NOT HAVE ABS!!! I have been fighting with them ever since and they absolutely will not do anything for me. I suspect that since I was a single female going in to buy a car they figured they could do whateve they wanted!! They did offer to let me trade the car in...they will only give me normal trade in value and will not take anything off a car I've looked at -- aren't they generous -- they are looking to make money off me TWICE!!! I wish I could give them a negative rating. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

My Review of Cargill Chevrolet:
This is by far the worst car buying/service expierience I have ever had. Took forever to register, mechanical problems which they flat out refused or tried to fix.Brought my vehichle to another dealership and had mechanical problems fixed in about 4 days after Cargill had told me for several weeks.."we don't know whats wrong". Have spoken to several people who's cars have blown up after several weeks after purchase. The very worst of the worst.
