Mr. Buckanon is a stellar salesman, making me feel very comfortable and was extremely helpful throughout the sales process. We had agreed on sales price and my trade-in value, and I was not taking out a loan for the purchase, so I thought we were about done; however, at that point the salesman and I had to sit in the lounge for an hour (on Superbowl Sunday, which msde it seem much longer) until I was able to sign the contract and leave. Perhaps improved resourcing of this function would help eliminate the bottleneck. The other function I'd question is the service department. When I received the car two days later, I was told all fluids had been topped off. However, the first time I drove the car, to work the next morning, the oil indicator came on. I added half a quart and it went off, but out of curiosity I checked the washer fluid and it took almost a full gallon to top it off. I have to conclude that service was not performed. More
I was in the dealership to have some service work done and had not intended to buy a car. I struck up a conversation with Sammie and after hearing what kind of car I had been driving and for how long, he and had not intended to buy a car. I struck up a conversation with Sammie and after hearing what kind of car I had been driving and for how long, he mentioned they had a great deal that he thought I might like. I felt it was a great deal, but didn't have time to follow up at that moment. He followed up with complete information by the next business day, arranged to have a trade-in appraisal for my car, and generally took care of all the details to get the deal done quickly and without a lot of haggling and games you sometimes experience with car salesmen. He was knowledgeable about the product, sincere and straight forward in listening and responding to my concerns, and he found a way to help me get the deal done when we had a glitch on the trade-in negotiation. In short, it was the least painless, quickest car purchase transaction I've had. Sammie is as likeable a guy as he is a good BMW salesman. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. Lloyd Howell is a wonderful man. I had a little different situation then most and he was able to work things out so that I walked out in a 2012 X3! Something I didn't think was possible. Lloyd Howell was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the car and very friendly. The used 2011 335i I bought was very clean and in great shape and I got a great price on it. Since I wasn't trading in a vehicle, I had to leave my truck at Casey BMW overnight and Lloyd brought it to my house the next morning, an hour's drive by the way. Dan Deir in Finance was great also, friendly and helpful. I had been to Casey BMW twice in the past with a friend and was always impressed with the quality of the facility and the friendliness and attentiveness of the people. More

I went to Casey to have my 3 Series serviced. While I was waiting I had to check out some new cars. Ryan Thomas asked me if I needed help and I test drove 2 2011 new 5 series cars.
