I was very nervous about having to go out and find a car because of all the bad experiences I have had in the past. I decided to give Certified Benz & Beemer a shot. I walked on the lot and they have so many beautiful cars to choose from. Danny Quintana approached me and he was very gracious. He did not pressure me and was very helpful with any questions I had. I will always go back to Danny and Certified any time in need to purchase a new vehicle. I suggest you do the same. More

Excellent Customer Service I spent a significant amount of time shopping around trying to find the right car. When I thought I found it, it was soured by a shady dealer who argu I spent a significant amount of time shopping around trying to find the right car. When I thought I found it, it was soured by a shady dealer who argued about handling even the smallest issue. Thankfully, this was not the case at CBB. The experience I had when I left CBB was good. However, when a few issues arose with the car I chose the post-sale experience threatened to go bad; but CBB didn't allow that to happen. When I emailed James V. the issues I had he quickly responded with a plan to have them all addressed. I showed up the next day at the CBB service department who addressed all the issues I had, no questions asked. That made turned my CBB experience from good to very good. The only lingering issue I have is that I paid about $500 over book value and another $800 for add-ons put on the vehicle before I even test-drove it. These costs weren't included in the advertised price of the vehicle and was a bit of a surprise. Part of this cost was to put in tinted windows, which I'm glad they did. However, in reality were I to trade a vehicle to them with tinted windows they would not give me any additional money for it having tinted windows. With all that said, I have a 3 month/3000 mile warranty, one year of service, and a dealership that takes their reputation very seriously. More

I wanted to get a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz and Matt was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was inquiring about. We set an appointment and Matt had the vehicle ready for me to view and take on a test drive. After the test drive and a little quibbling over numbers we agreed on a deal that I think is very fair.
