Great first time expiriance buying a BMW I originally came into the dealership looking at leases. I told Craig my budget and what cars I liked, which had no realistic correlation, but he pati I originally came into the dealership looking at leases. I told Craig my budget and what cars I liked, which had no realistic correlation, but he patiently let me try several different vehicles. Even after almost hitting a cyclist and two pedestrians (two of which were unintentional) Craig cheerful agreed to show me other cars in my budget. He was very knowledgeable about the car's features like traction control, which I asked him to turn off as we merged onto the highway so I could test the car's "drifting capabilities". At no time did he try to rush the test drive or use high pressure sales tactics. This was my first time purchasing a luxury car so when I went home to continue researching I was impressed by BMW's warranty and ratings. The following day I returned and told Craig that I had now shifted gears completely and was looking to buy, not lease. He cheerfully showed me several new cars that fit into my budget and the test drives continued. The only con I would say is that Craig is too knowledgeable. For example, when he would interrupt my test drive to tell me that "this is a one-way road" or "we shouldn't be driving on the sidewalk!" Aside from that it was a wonderful buying experience and I couldn't be happier with my new car. I will definitely be returning to Craig for my next car. More

We were so thrilled 6 months ago when we purchased our 328i sedan from Craig that we went back and purchased a X3. The deal was easy and effortless. Their pricing surpassed Tucson BMW and N. Scottsdale by a mile! We had a very specifically optioned BMW in mind and Craig found it with ease. Michelle in finance was beyond pleasant and didn't push "fluff" warranties and options on us. She broke down the contract and financing for us so we didn't feel like we were signing blindly. We are now a two BMW vehicle household and beyond happy!!! There was no attitude...there was no games or gimmicks either. Definitely see Craig Rusin!!! He is beyond great at his job and an absolutely fanatic for the BMW brand.
