Good Move Going to Chapman Mazda My wife wanted a Miata so I did my due diligence online and Chapman was the first to contact me. Nick greeted me soon after I arrived and then showed me the options I had with the different Miatas they had on the lot. His sales approach was low key: no pressure. After Nick gave me short tutorial about the car, we took it out for a spin, and we started talking about making a deal. When we got back, we talked money, and again low key. Nick explained what the numbers meant and clearly walked me through the paperwork. I was in and out the door with what we wanted at a fair price in about three hours. We’ve had the car for a week, and I am impressed that Chapman and Nick have been in contact to be sure that all is well with the Miata. I’ll be back for our next Mazda. More

Beware BEWARE!! I bought a used car from here and it was a huge mistake. I have had nothing but problems. The car starting shaking within a week I brought BEWARE!! I bought a used car from here and it was a huge mistake. I have had nothing but problems. The car starting shaking within a week I brought it back was told they did a alignment after being there for 5 hours. Took it elsewhere they never did do that alignment and the tires were bad. The one was split and other 2 were dry rotted. The other dealer I took it to which was Honda called them and said they shouldn't have sold the car with the tires on it,no way it could have passed the safety inspection, Rita the manager said she would reimburse me for the tires,the dealer had it on speaker phone when she stated that. That never happened and then to find out that I need new motor mounts. She did give me a 1 year warranty with a deductible. That I cant pay because my money goes towards chemotherapy treatment. So before you buy make sure you take the vehicle somewhere else to get looked at. They totally took advantage of me and my situation. I have learned the hard way and had to charge $750 for new tires. That's ontop of all the other costs. It's very wrong!! More

FANTASTIC (yes, REALLY) I still can't believe how painless it was. Paul Dodge and Omar (sorry, don't have his last name) knew my budget and we worked out a deal over the pho I still can't believe how painless it was. Much to my pleasant surprise, when I arrived at the dealership, the paperwork had the agreed upon numbers. Nothing ever changed. Scott Sullivan was also a pro and getting through the process was easy and seemless. He even unloaded the truck of our trade-in and packed everything into the new vehicle - on his own initiative! JP in Finance got through the paperwork quicker than I've ever seen anyone do it. I hope these 4 gentlemen stick around for awhile, because I'd rather trade my Honda (2nd car) in to them instead of going back to Honda. THANK YOU! More
