Total scam. Sold a “new condition” 4 runner TRD Pro for $67k(paid cash) with 13,000 miles for $67,000(over new MSRP). The salesman(Shane) and I both verified the Sold a “new condition” 4 runner TRD Pro for $67k(paid cash) with 13,000 miles for $67,000(over new MSRP). The salesman(Shane) and I both verified the carfax was clean. Shipped it to me and when I noticed a paint flaw 4 days later, they first said no way it’s been wrecked. Later once I pointed out the current Carfax showed an accident, they said it was a delay in reporting. Bottom line is that my vehicle lost 19k over 3 months and 2000 miles. But according to Hutton they did nothing wrong. My salesman is my only line of communication because cust service not any managers will answer or return a call! Worst ever transaction process.
