My Salesman Irwin Leiberman is honest and doesn't pressure me therefore leaving me to choose what I want. He answers all my questions and understands my needs. He is a great asset to the dealership! Today when I picked up my Q50 Irwin was right on top of things. Also Timothy Ens the product specialist, was incredibley helpful and took time for me to understand the workings of the new touch screen. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the cars. Ive been to other dealerships and felt so pressured and discussted . Irwin treated me like a friend, walked me through the entire process with absolutley no pressure. He gave me a great deal, showed me around the entire dealership, showed me all the options in my car and how they work, set everything up for me. the car was absolutley spotless and beautiful. He contacted me after the delivery to make sure everything was perfect. what a pleasure!! From the first telephone call to the time of delivery, the entire process was handled professionally and quickly which is quite a rarity when buying or leasing a new car. He made me the calmest I have ever been when buying or leasing a vehicle. Our service advisor Todd Rovinsky was so helpful in taking care of us with a beautiful new loaner model and was in constant communication with us. And, he went above and beyond when we inadvertently left personal items in the loaner and needed them back. Outstanding service and professional. More

The Best Experience I have purchased many cars in my lifetime so far and I don't usually write reviews for car salesman and dealerships but dealing with Raymond Andrews I have purchased many cars in my lifetime so far and I don't usually write reviews for car salesman and dealerships but dealing with Raymond Andrews and Circle Infinity was my best experience. Ray understood my needs and most important my budget. They were easy to negotiate with. Within in 20 minutes we agreed to a price. Not only that, when I arrived to pick up the car the paperwork was ready for signature. It took under 2.5 hours to negotiate the price and take delivery of the car, which is a record for me. Ray was professional and polite and very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would also like to comment on Circle Infinity Product Specialist Marcus Bowles. Marcus explained all the features in the car and how they worked. He was very patient with my wife and has a great personality and great sense of humor. If you are looking to purchase an Infinity, you want Circle Infinity as your dealer and Raymond Andrews as you sales person. More
