Dealership was clean and very nice and everybody was very friendly. I loved the waiting room with the two TV's, a lot of room and the board showing the customer name and status of their vehicle. I was disappointed however as this dealership does not participate in the Ford's reward program as this is a driving force in my selection process of a dealership. Having spent $1,400 would have given me a lot of points toward future repairs. I was also disappointed that they did not ask me if I wanted my old parts back before throwing them (spark plugs) away as this may have cost me the opportunity to collect almost $100 from the previous repair shop that incorrectly put them in within the last month. However these two items did not subtract from my overall rating. More

Dean has been an excellent service advisor, he always replies to any message that I leave in a timely manner. Recently, after I had some repairs done, my car was in worse shape than when it went in. (Dean was not at work the day I picked up my car) I brought my Edge back in for further repairs. Dean took the appropriate action to see that the repair was done correctly. Anytime that I have brought my cars in for repairs I have been pleased with the prompt service and attention I have received. My husband and I have bought three vehicles from Citrus Ford so far. For my Ford Flex 2010 and after 43,000 miles I had Brake service (new brakes), oil change, and had dealer replace a damaged passenger side rear view mirror electric motor. I am always happy with the service this particular dealership provides for my vehicle and would recommend this dealership and service department to anyone. Thank you for the efficient and effective sevice and for taking care of my car each step of the way. I'll see you at my next oil change and perhaps a fuel injection service at that time. Any way to increase the mileage closer to over 300 miles a tank like when I first bought it? More

Quick, friendly service. Dean was very nice, did the work I requested on the car for the quoted price with no extra charges. They even gave me a gift card to Carls Jr. across the street to eat while I waited I requested on the car for the quoted price with no extra charges. They also have a very nice, large, comfortable waiting room that is well-lit and has couches, tvs, coffee, etc. Much better than any dealership or auto shop I have been to in the past, and lower prices than the 10 other repair shops that I got quotes from. Great place; I was impressed with the friendliness, convenience, pricing, & atmosphere, and I will return to Citrus Motors for any more work on my car, and to buy my next vehicle! More
