Dealership was clean and very nice and everybody was very friendly. I loved the waiting room with the two TV's, a lot of room and the board showing the customer name and status of their vehicle. I was disappointed however as this dealership does not participate in the Ford's reward program as this is a driving force in my selection process of a dealership. Having spent $1,400 would have given me a lot of points toward future repairs. I was also disappointed that they did not ask me if I wanted my old parts back before throwing them (spark plugs) away as this may have cost me the opportunity to collect almost $100 from the previous repair shop that incorrectly put them in within the last month. However these two items did not subtract from my overall rating. More

Dean has been an excellent service advisor, he always replies to any message that I leave in a timely manner. Recently, after I had some repairs done, my car was in worse shape than when it went in. For my Ford Flex 2010 and after 43,000 miles I had Brake service (new brakes), oil change, and had dealer replace a damaged passenger side rear view mirror electric motor. Quick, friendly service. Dean was very nice, did the work I requested on the car for the quoted price with no extra charges.
