Over all good experience, the car was worked for hours and everybody was very respectable from the lady answering the phone to the time the car was picked up. We took our 2002 Ford Focus to have the fuel pump replaced about a month ago. The car died unexpectedly again Christmas Eve. Sherry, surprisingly had just called to ask how the car was running. She said she was sending out a truck to tow it back to the dealership free of charge! It turns out that the replaced fuel pump was defective.
