Great overall experience. Went in late on Saturday before the Memorial Day weekend to test drive a Tiguan. Gilbert was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Just bought an iD. 4 from City VW. I shopped around for a while and Narcis provided a no pressure friendly experience and a price that - as I found out from shopping aro 4 from City VW. I shopped around for a while and Narcis provided a no pressure friendly experience and a price that - as I found out from shopping around - was very competitive from the start. Other dealers said they could beat the price by a little, but given all the opportunities they have to tack on extras, I decided to go with Narcis and City, where I felt that I could have more trust. The wait to complete the paperwork was quite long - probably because the connection to the state computers was down - but other than that a very good experience. More
