5 hours to have new brake pads and rotors public on, nearly 2 hours of it just to have them do a brake inspection, all of this was with an appointment with me waiting. My experience purchasing a 2011 CR-V at Clinton Honda could not have been better. Days earlier I had a horrible experience at a Honda dealer west of them on Rt 22 and the customer service and caring att could not have been better. Days earlier I had a horrible experience at a Honda dealer west of them on Rt 22 and the customer service and caring attitude demonstrated by Paul Riga (and the Sales Manager, unfortunately I cannot recall his name!) was top notch. When I arrived looking for a CR-V, I explained to Paul the crisis I was dealing with and he demonstrated kindness and empahty that truly amazed me. Paul thoroughly went over the two CR-V's that were in stock, highlighting pros/cons of each since they were different trim levels. When he sensed I was torn, he offered to allow me to sleep on it before deciding which to purchase. I ended up deciding which vehicle to purchase before I left the dealer that day, but his "no-pressure" attitide was so refreshing. I feel that I got an extremely fair price for the CR-V EX. My transaction also involved a trade-in which I feel Paul and the Sales Manager did everything they could to give me the most value. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated as both a customer and person. Paul has totally changed my perception of what a car salesman is. More

Clinton Honda got me the car I wanted at a reasonably affordable price. The Salesman and Finance guy were both knowledgable and courteous. I needed the car in a pinch due to some outside obligations an affordable price. The Salesman and Finance guy were both knowledgable and courteous.
