My ownly problem was that the wait to speak with financing took a few hours. The day was busy and it was not the day I was scheduled to pick up my car, so this complaint loses some merit, but it was financing took a few hours. I have bought many cars over the past 40 years and this was one of the easiest buying experiences. There was no pressure to buy and I know Steve spent the better part of his day working with me and ensuring all the paperwork was complete. I was able to get the price I had in mind for the car I was trading in. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant car buying experience. I realized within 2 hours of my drive back to Rochester how easy the purchase was and how much I LOVE the vehicle I bought.
