Very disappointed after paying for the "deluxe" warranty package to be denied an interior door panel repair. Also when we brought car in to fix front windshield fluid dispenser right after purchase, appare package to be denied an interior door panel repair. Also when we brought car in to fix front windshield fluid dispenser right after purchase, apparently they never checked rear window washer. Now we have to make a 3rd trip for warranty work for rear window after tech at this last visit checked to see if the rear one worked. More

Purchased a 2023 Kia Sorrento here- worst vehicle decision I’ve made. The Telluride we previously had was a solid vehicle but the Sorrento was just a recurring nightmare of recalls.
