The service I received was spectacular and in not kidding! Sam my service advisor was and is the reason I drive from Hope Mills to Wilmington to get my car serviced the employees and atmosphere at th kidding! Sam my service advisor was and is the reason I drive from Hope Mills to Wilmington to get my car serviced the employees and atmosphere at this dealership is superb! Sam was on top of everything a customer would like and expect from start to finish he kept me informed and updated on the status and progress as I had a service,inspection and a warranty part being completed and it was done efficiently the whole experience was great!
