I live in Jacksonville and have a condo at Cocoa Beach. Most times when I call I can't get in for two or three days and I'm not here for that long. When I do get in I'm usually told that if I want a car wash, it will take an hour or more additional time to do it. I feel they are discouraging me from getting a wash. If they would hire more people that problem woul go away. When I do it in other places I get better service than that. More

Although I did not buy my 2016 Hyundai Genesis from this dealership, I got my "free" oil change here and also asked if someone familiar with the Genes Although I did not buy my 2016 Hyundai Genesis from this dealership, I got my "free" oil change here and also asked if someone familiar with the Genesis could help me with all the "bells and whistles" inside the car as I am not tech savvy. I bought the car 3 months ago and was still not sure how to operate some functions. Anyway, I dealt with 3 different men between arrival, the oil change and my car tutorial.
