I have been bringing my vehicles to your dealership since 2016. I recently had my vehicle serviced at your dealership. When complete I went to get in my car, the plastic and floor mat were still in the car 2016. I recently had my vehicle serviced at your dealership. When complete I went to get in my car, the plastic and floor mat were still in the car along with the mirror tag. Why did I the customer have to dispose of these items? Additionally, my seats were moved and not placed in the original configuration. My car was not washed...have you stopped this service? I'm currently looking for somewhere else to service my XT5. More
The entire experience of dropping off my SUV, the shuttle home, the repairs done all in the same day, was a great experience. My service was good in a timely manner. I feel that the shop manager was too much of in a hurry. I don’t know if he was overwhelmed or what I had a couple things wrong with my vehicle, but I feel that the shop manager was too much of in a hurry. I don’t know if he was overwhelmed or what I had a couple things wrong with my vehicle, but I had to reschedule for a second appointment just to get it taken care of. I had had my car there couple months prior for the same thing that needed to be looked at I feel like they just hurry up and try to fix the problem instead of really looking at your car. I think they should be a little bit more personal especially the shop manager Whenever you rush around and in a hurry, you never really get things done. More
I have had 2 experiences recently. On 7-29-25, my Malibu displayed the "shift to park" message despite being in park. I drove the car in without any appointment because the car wasn't shutting down and I was sure that the battery would be drained. It was busy when I went in and John asked me what I was in for and I explained it, He said was probably the shift switch and the part would have to be ordered and it would be about 2 weeks to get the car in. I was stunned but I was blocked in and couldn't leave, In a couple of minutes Katie came in and asked if she could help me, she told me she would have a technician check the car out, In about 20 minutes she came in the waiting room and told me that they could get the part at Sims and have the car done by 2 pm! I got a ride home and she called about 1:45 saying the car was done and they could deliver it to me! Awesome, I only have one car and waiting 2 weeks would have meant getting a rental! The second visit was for an oil change/tire rotation on 9-6-25. John was my advisor and couldn't have been more helpful. He even noticed that I had a dead bird lodged in my grill and had one of the techs carefully remove it. He was very polite and helpful! More
Bought a new XT5 off of Jarred Maderitz. , He was very courteous and patient with us. The finance lady was awesome. Wish I could remember her name but I cant.
