Very , very disappointed! I called colonial ford and set up an appointment to bring my truck in They got it fixed ( so they say) but a few days later after a day of wet weather surprise more water! I called back set up another appointment they've had my truck since the 6 of March today is the 15, and I stopped by to get my truck! And again surprise what a bull****, they replaced a weather striping but they put it the wrong way ! Yes is possible believe me...also a door panel that was damaged by the technicians in a previous visit and was supposed to be replaced and according to them was replaced , was sitting in the box that it came in... so please think twice if you are planning on bring your car to colonial ford in Danbury . More

Quick and helpful! After having searched for close to 2 weeks I came across Colonial Ford. I made the hour drive out to Danbury and was immedialty greeted by Rick. After having 2 bad experiences and limited time, I told Rick he had 90 mins to make this deal or I was leaving. Approximately 45mins later I was signing the paperwork for my new truck. Rick was very down to earth, didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t want, and made the car buying experience a pleasant one.
