Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I went to buy a Jetta at Colonial because they had always serviced my old Jetta purchased elsewhere. I had gotten a cool letter in the mail that directed me to a website that estimated my trade-in value and estimated payment on a 2015 Jetta. They didn't really have quite what I wanted, but Tomas Revetria was very patient and helped me find the car I really wanted and just added a couple of features. While I was there, Tomas gave me some pizza for lunch and kept getting me water while we were waiting for the financing to go through. Everyone was so friendly and always made sure you were being helped. If you went in and asked for an employee by name, they literally ran off to get them. I got the car I wanted a great price, excellent trade-in , and the financing and payments that I wanted. Buying a new car can be an incredibly nerve wracking experience, especially if you are a woman alone. I am very happy with the car I got and didn't feel like I was taken advantage of or coerced into buying something I didn't want. They are awesome!!! More

Drew is a great - no pressure, no hassle, knowledgeable, on point and he's the only car sales guy who I've dealt with that is "with the times" meaning he knows how to text and email instead of bothering you with phone calls. Bought The new Golf Sport Wagon TDI and Love it. I was a difficult customer. I was upside down on my truck and unsure about the switch to a wagon. Tomas was consistent with his follow up but never ob I was a difficult customer. I was upside down on my truck and unsure about the switch to a wagon. Tomas was consistent with his follow up but never obnoxious and always made me feel that he was working to help me make the the decision to buy rather than "selling" me. I walked away twice because i was unsure and he did not hound me. He did call to offer additional information. In the end we worked out a lease that got me out from under the old financing and into a great little car. I have not yet achieved 50 mpg average for a trip but have been very close. I am consistently getting twice the mileage of my old 4cylinder manual 2 wheel drive truck and this little car is quicker than I will ever need. More
