I took in my CR-V for schedule service with Jason. While I was waiting I decided to look for a used car for my wife as she has been preparing to enter the work-force. I when to the front to see if, I could get some help finding where the used cars are located. Anjan was the first person to volunteer to help me. I told him that I was looking for a small FIT model that you had in stock. He was very courteous and let me know he would help me out. He took me to where the FIT was. While we were walking towards the car, Anjan asked me what was the reason of my visit. I let him know that I was servicing my 2021 CR-V. he asked me if I was interesting on selling the car of exchanged for a new one and perhaps he could lower the payments for the new CR-V. I said if you are able to lower my monthly payments I will go ahead and will move forward with getting a new 2024 CR-V with the same features as the one I owned. He then was able to find one with a couple of ladies and moved forward with the application. We when back and forth trying to get what I wanted,(To pay less). Finally, a good offer was made for my situation and Anjan was able to help me with lowering my monthly expense. I am a happy customer because of the professional service I was provided by Anjan and the ladies in the financial department. I am truly enjoying my new 2024 CR-V and will recommend Anjan to my friends and family for their next auto purchase. My wife is still looking for a good used, new to her auto and I am sure Anjan and his team will be able to find the one that will fit her budget. I am glad I visited you and got my new 2024 CR-V from Anjan. He is a very good listener, caring, and professional. Additionally, I believe Anjans friendly demeanor and courteous attitude will make him to be very successful if he is not already. I bought my 2017 Civic Hatchback at Concord Honda. The paint began peeling last April so I brought it to their service department. I was told by the service advisor, Jourdan Gregory, that I needed to get an estimate from their body shop. I did, the estimate was $3,750. She told me that Honda Corporate would need to decide if it was covered. Two weeks later she told me that she had to talk to her manager about when to bring my car in for the service. He was in a meeting and she would catch him after and call me back that afternoon. I never heard from her or anyone from Concord Honda service again, despite leaving many voicemails, emails, and chatting with their online chat person a couple of times, who assured me it would be taken care of. More

Do not use this place. I took my car in because I felt something was off. I wanted them to check it and let me know what they thought it might be. They said they could only do so much based on the info I had provided.They could do a diagnostic check and they could drive it to get maybe get some information. After that they provided me with a provided me with a list of preventive maintenance services totaling 3000.00. They did not give me any idea what might be wrong with my car or how they could fix it. I suggested it might be the transmission. They did change the fluid for close to 500.00 and they did do a diagnostic for 190.00 but not on a computer. When I asked to speak to a manager they said I could email him but not talk to him. They did provide his email address. And when I tried to pay with a check I was told they do not accept personal checks any longer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are dishonest and unprofessional. More
Went in for an oil change, they said rotate tires too. They destroyed my car! Suspension & struts completely broken, cruise control not working, engine was bogging out, you get whiplash when braking. El Cerrito Honda already fixed the engine and brakes which now squeak and were ground down due to their adjustments, My back end slides out when cornering or going over the slightest imperfection on the road. Started a claim with Honda Corporate/ they suck! Also a claim with the BAR. Paint out of pocket for a real car while El Cerrito Honda is working on the car. A service tech from Concord Honda told me they run contract mechanics. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO CONCORD HONDA! Joy N. & Vic V. More
