My Review of Continental Nissan:
I was looking for a new car for a while. I found Continental and decided to stop in. I have to say that there customer service is great and everyone has a very friendly attitude. I dealt mostly with the finance department because I purchased a brand new Nissan Rogue. The finance manager tried to help me with my purchase as much as possible. I had a great experience at Continental Nissan and would definitely purchase another vehicle from there!

My Review of Continental Nissan:
My husband and I were looking for a car to suit our growing family. After being at 2 different dealerships
(which were a nightmare) before going to Continental Nissan, we were very pleased to work
with Matt. He was friendly, patient, and not pushy at all. And he went out of his way to really offer us
wonderful customer service. We couldn't find what we were looking for at the Nissan location, so Matt
took us to the Honda and Toyota location where we finally were able to purchase our car. And we are very
satisfied! Matt made our day. I would strongly recommend Matt Klein and Continental Nissan :)

My Review of Continental Nissan:
Matt was great. I went into the dealership on the last day of the month and the place was a zoo. Matt did everything possibile to get me through the process as quickly as possible. I came in looking for a particular car. The car was sold when I arrived. Instead of trying to sell me on a car I didn't want Matt asked me to be patient while they found a similar car. Luckily the sale didn't go through and I was able to get the car I originally came in to buy. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from this dealership and I would highly recommend Continental Nissan and Matt.

My Review of Continental Nissan:
I had been shopping for a used car for about 2 months and was looking at Versa's, so I had gone to all of the Nissan dealers in my area. I finally decided that even a used Versa was not in my budget right now, and decided on a lower price that I wanted to spend on a decent used car. Out of all the dealerships that I went to, Matt was the only salesperson who kept me informed of cars that came in and met my needs. I really appreciated that. This saved me a lot of time looking on websites. I looked at several cars that he suggested and finally found one that 'felt like my car.'

So then the price negotiations started; to my total surprise he went into another office and came back with the Kelley Blue Book printout on the vehicle! Talk about upfront! Whether this is Matt or the dealership, that was being pretty honest about the value of a vehicle.

After my purchase, the dealership took care of a few minor things that needed to be fixed and really cleaned up the car - it almost looked new. Honestly, it really looks beautiful now. They did an incredible job.

Addendum to my review, 12/26/11.
After purchasing this used vehicle, I took it to my mechanic and they found several high priced things that needed to be done. Also, they discovered that the battery was at 30%.
This dealership was apparently not as honest as I thought and I have reduced my rating of them.

I have been looking for a used car for my daughter and I already haved a leased vehicle from Continental so I decided to stop in and Matthew approached me right away with information regarding a vehicle that just arrived. He let us know what the service dept. was going to do with the car and the General Manager Mike Connelly gave us a final offer, which we accepted. Great service from all ends! My daughter will bring her vehicle for service to Continental from now on!

My Review of Continental Nissan:
I purchased two vehicles from this location, and up to this point I have been happy with my experiences. However this last experience with this particular salesmen left me feeling not so happy. I came in to trade one of my vehicles due to an offer received in the mail to upgrade. At first everything seemed to go well. I was approved and I decided on my upgrade vehicle. For about a week I was told that the car I wanted wasn't available. All the while, when I would ask about specifics of my trade and financing, my salesperson wouldnt provide details. Also, the customer service was lacking. My previous experiences were great. Long story short, I finally was told that my low miles 09 had a gap and that if I want to closed the gap I would need to look into a higher pr iced vehicle with a higher payment and put down 2, 000 I could then get my upgrade. I feel Ziad should have been up front with numbers , and not waste my time. Because I have two vehicles purchased with this dealership, I felt like all he had to was just be up front. I am not going to trade a vehicle, put down 2000, and then py a higher car payment. If he would have told me this up front, I would walked out on day one. My time is valuable and I give a lot a money each month to Nissan. I will continue to get free car washes, but I may have to take my maintenance business elsewhere. I just don't feel the same after this experience. Just be up front with the numbers with next customer, and don't waste people's time. Also, call when you say you are going to call. I would only recommend this location based on my other two experiences. If you are steered to this salesperson, get your numbers up front.

My Review of Continental Nissan:
My brother has been going to this dealer for years, so he recommended that I buy from them. I shopped around and saw that they had a ton of maximas. I spoke to Patrick who introduced me to Roy as my sales rep. I drove two cars and immediately loved the 09 maxima. My credit rating was less than perfect, but they were able to get me financed with an affordable payment. Everyone at continental cares, everyone!! There wasn't a minute that went by that I felt that they were trying to hustle me or beat me out of extra money, etc... No pushy salesmen either, they were just helpful. Not your traditionional dealership! ALL Managers are out in the lobby not hiding in their offices. Great place to buy a car!
