I took my 2013 Nissan Titan PRO4X in for warranty work. I understand not being able to duplicate the issue on demand made it difficult to repair but when they decided to replace my wire harness as a maybe I understand not being able to duplicate the issue on demand made it difficult to repair but when they decided to replace my wire harness as a maybe and I was concerned. The wire harness did not fix the problem but they damaged the passenger seat and headliner and stripped the skid plate screws. I had to take the truck to another Nissan dealership where they were amazed that someone let alone aNissan dealer had caused such careless damage. I had attempted to have the service manager remedy the problems but he seemed like I was wasting his time when I spoke to him. I would tell anyone to stay away from the service department at Coulter Nissan. More
in the past,i have had horrible dealings with nissan dealerships.But the service department at coulter nissan is exceptional!!A service advisor by the name of Katie schafer was so helpful in helping me dealerships.But the service department at coulter nissan is exceptional!!A service advisor by the name of Katie schafer was so helpful in helping me understand what was happening with my vehicle,and she even followed up the following week to make sure that i was happy.I had thought that this kind of attention to detail was long gone.
