Diablo, thank you for the feedback. We don’t love the 3% the credit cards charge either, but due to the stark increase in credit card charges/use we are no longer absorbing the extra expense charged by the various companies. We’re sorry you didn’t see the notifications posted at the dealership of the change that was put in place early in the year. There is a real reason for the increase in cost for the services and you’ll see them everywhere, we are subject to the same increases due to economic inflation that all businesses have been. We do price shop and compare with other businesses and the price range for services. We do appreciate your business and we hope to see you for future visits to maintain your vehicle.

Dan, we’re glad to know you found a vehicle. We’re sorry that you are unhappy. One of the challenges that has come up with e-commerce transactions is that technology doesn’t always update as quickly as our in person business. As such, there are times when we must do a better job of double checking availability as over a dozen different sales people and manager can be working on the same inventory at once. Again, we are sorry, but push back on the idea that we are unethical or discriminatory against any buyer, especially a church.
