Keith kept me up to date with the building of the Explorer and the delivery date. When I picked my new 2012 Explorer up, Larry patiently walked me through all of the paperwork and made sure I understood how to use my MyFord Touch Sync features; setting up my phone and voice commands. Steve Carson was very helpful and professional completing the finance and title work. The entire process was smooth and we love our new Explorer. My experience with Mike and the sales manager, whose name I can't remember was very rewarding. I was worried about my credit, even though my girlfriend would assist me getting my new truck.
