When I picked up the car, the whole transaction was handled in minutes and I was on my way. Michael was very friendly and even called me on the way home to see how I liked the car! I have been working with Craig Maxa at Crossroads Ford off and on for over 2 years now, and he has been nothing but helpful and patient. The original car under consideration was a Mustang GT, but with th off and on for over 2 years now, and he has been nothing but helpful and patient. The original car under consideration was a Mustang GT, but with the purchase of our house, we needed a truck instead. Craig has allowed me time to consider what I needed with no sales pressure whatsoever. Last Friday night I went to Crossroads to look at 4 trucks that were on a list I had sent to Craig as potential candidates. Craig allowed me the time to scrutinize each one, and his management presented to me deals to consider. Naturally, I chose the one with the seat coolers. Craig and Crossroads have been excellent to work with. Of course, if Ford had not been offering such a tremendous truck, I might have gone elsewhere. But the fact of the matter is I did go to other Ford dealers and chose to do business with Craig. I believe he and Crossroads Ford to be ethical in every way, and that is what sold me. More
I found a vehicle on-line in another state that I had been searching for to purchase. I called and was put in touch with Mark. He convinced me to make the drive and I drove the five hours and met Mark and saw the vehicle. It was exactly as he described and he provided over the top service. I purchased the vehicle that day and drove it home. Everything went as planned and I even financed the vehicle at Crossroads. I would definitely purchase there in the future. More

CrossRoads Ford is a first-class dealership from top to bottom. Everybody you deal with throughout the car buying process (or just encounter in passing) goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and bottom. I came to this dealer to buy a new Ford Explorer. Sales person Jason Burton was the best I could have hoped for. However the sales management was horrible. First they offered me 4,000 less for my trade then another Ford dealership ended up doing, then came up to within 500 of that price after negotiating on the phone, so we agreed to purchase the Vehicle. Later that day after getting financing all lined up with a bank and getting the title out of our vault, we were on our way in when Keith the internet sales manager called us back, retracting the offer within 3 hours of accepting it. I called and spoke to the GM who told me flat out he didnt want to do business with me as he had the final say in any deal. I was floored, so I went to Don Jenkins and two hours later I got a better deal with more on my trade, 4k more in total then Crossroads initial offer. I will never, EVER do business with this company and I recommend you do the same. I sincerely feel bad For Jason who lost the sale and commission due to his managements poor customer service and negotiating skills. More
