My truck buying experience was very pleasant at Crossfoads. I went to another dealer before this and spent a week trying to find the new truck I wanted which was very frustrating. So after giving up there, I came into Crossroads, told Joe what I was looking for and he found it wihin about 5 minutes. We settled on a price and trade in allowance within 15 minutes without high pressure negotiation or aggravation. Crossroads was able to have my vehicle delivered in from out of state by lunch time the next day and had the truck gassed up, detailed, and ready for me to pickup within moments of delivery. Joe was very cordial and knowledgeable about the amenities in the truck and spent time with me syncing my phone and he even had pre-registered for me online before I came to the dealership to pickup my truck on delivery day.
