Sales person, David, was great to deal with, no complaints there. However, during the test drive we noted that there was a severe vibration in the vehicle at idle, spoke to service manager and they complaints there. However, during the test drive we noted that there was a severe vibration in the vehicle at idle, spoke to service manager and they determined that it had a bad motor mount, which the dealership refused to take care of as part of the sale. It's a shame that something that is relatively inexpensive by dealer cost standards would not be taken care of on a vehicle of this caliber. Apparently saving a few bucks was more important than keeping us as long term customers. Despite the very positive sales process, we won't be returning or recommending the dealership. More

My first experience with Crown Acura was pleasant and resulted in me buying a new Acura.
