HARRY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN FIXING A MINOR BUT ANNOYING PROBLEM ON HIS OWN.HE EVEN FOUND THE PART AS HE FIXED A SIMILAR PROBLEM RECENTLY.HE WAS COURTIOUS AND VOLUNTEERED TO SERVICE ME AS THE [I ASSUME]REGU PROBLEM ON HIS OWN.HE EVEN FOUND THE PART AS HE FIXED A SIMILAR PROBLEM RECENTLY.HE WAS COURTIOUS AND VOLUNTEERED TO SERVICE ME AS THE [I ASSUME]REGULAR SERVICEMAN WAS BUISY ON HIS COMPUTER.THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED IN A REASONABLE TIME AND AFTER MY FIRST VISIT I WAS IMPRESSED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF MY VISIT. The problems with both my current Pontiac cars that were purchased from them have always been addressed quickly and efficiently. I do not have to wait for service to be done and the customer's satisfacti purchased from them have always been addressed quickly and efficiently. I do not have to wait for service to be done and the customer's satisfaction is very important. I highly recommend them and Greg Berry has been outstanding!!! More
