Hannah and Juan have turned the service department into a joke. I can no longer bring in my “customer-supplied” parts. Not even for an oil change. They blatantly refused to do my business because I brought m joke. I can no longer bring in my “customer-supplied” parts. Not even for an oil change. They blatantly refused to do my business because I brought my own supplies for an oil change. This has never been a problem up until this month. I have my oil changed once a month on my Ram because I travel frequently for work, meaning I see the service department much more than most customers. This visit was an absolute joke because of how unprofessional Hannah was about their “change of policy”. She told me that she reason they no longer use customer-supplied parts is because “the dealership doesn’t make any money that way”. I will NEVER give my business to this dealership again, in any capacity, until the service manager Juan and service writer Hannah have been replaced. More

Appt. for 0730 and truck not moved into service bay until 0800. Scheduled a tire rotation but it wasn’t completed because no heavy duty racks were available. This is my third oil change with this truck at this dealership. The first in January 2023 was $170. The second in April 2023 was $150. I also had one completed in at a Ram dealership Ohio in October 2023 for $136. THESE ALL INCLUDED TIRE ROTATIONS. I was beyond shocked when my latest visit to this stealership cost $184 WITHOUT A TIRE ROTATION. Service manager blamed the cost of oil ($17/qt.), but I’ve found Pennzoil 0W40 synthetic oil at many locations for $45/case so that is obviously BS. More
