Salesman and finance David Anderson (sales) and Rob Wilson (finance) treated me very well and I appreciate their courteous and friendly attitudes. My impression is that these three guys do not represent the whole as everyone else I had contact with was very courteous and professional. More

Always reliable I have worked with Christine, so many times over the years that I can't count them all. I have always had excellent service and have never left dissat I have worked with Christine, so many times over the years that I can't count them all. I have always had excellent service and have never left dissatisfied when she was my service advisor. I purchased my car new in 2007 and in 2012 bought the identical car to mine for my son (just a different color. Same year, make model). I take both of my cars to Crown. The prices are comparable to even private repair shops. Fixing a car is never cheap. I believe I have been taking my car to Crown to be serviced for more than 10 years. If I can't afford to get everything completed when the inspections are done, Christine helps me to put a plan in place to help it fit within my budget. I have never had extraneous repairs completed on my car, everything that is done is exactly what I brought it in for. More
