It is more car than I expected at a price that was very competitive. Jason Jiovani, Internet Sales and Eric Molin, the sales manager, and the financial department, given an opportunity to provide a response to their competitors, put together a deal that I could not refuse for the replacement of my 2005 Murano S, purchased from Crown Nissan 9.5 years ago. I was very satisfied with my 2005 and put in a request through AAA for a dealer who could provide me with the same quality SUV and service. I was given several including Crown, and it was my first call. At the end of the day on Thursday, it all worked out well with Jason taking the bicycle rack off of my car, helping me with getting started with the new car and all of its electronics, and offering to help when needed. I was very pleased that, over the course of four days, we were able to come to a financially-sound completion of an excellent negotiation with compromises on both sides of the table. More

I have worked with her twice now on repairs using my extended warranty and she has completed everything successfully to my satisfaction in regard to service, repair, friendliness and responsibility. Every time she said she was going to call me she did. I brought the car in for an oil leak and steering wheel motor replacement, she said that she would do a complete inspection of the car and called me with a few other things that needed attention. Rear brake pads were down to 1 mm (I think) and needed replacing. There were a couple of other minor parts replaced. I had a rental car during a long repair visit last year and she says I had a 1 day rental car for the repair that the car was in for recently, Christine has been wonderful in regards to my service visits and experience with Crown Nissan. I spent 2 weeks searching for my perfect Nissan Murano and visited 6 other dealerships before speaking to Jason Jiovani and visiting the crown dealers I spent 2 weeks searching for my perfect Nissan Murano and visited 6 other dealerships before speaking to Jason Jiovani and visiting the crown dealership. Within an hour my wife test drove the vehicle and we were in negotiations. Jason was excellent during the whole process and there was no pressure by either Jason or the Sales Manager. Jason took my offer and it went back and forth a couple times as is to be expected. Jason got me exactly what I wanted and I feel I got the deal of a lifetime. He even got some all weather mats thrown into the deal. This was the smoothest buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced and I have bought many cars in my lifetime.
