I also wanted the windows tinted and they made that happen quickly. I picked up the car on Thursday, took 15 minutes to sign the paperwork and josh was super friendly with not only myself but also my boys! Cumberland Toyota, Cody Thomas and josh Lawson did not disappoint! More
Schedule service was easy, Jenny was very helpful and recommended several things to consider which brought the service cost down this time i.e, hold off balancing tires that needs replacing soon. recommended several things to consider which brought the service cost down this time i.e, hold off balancing tires that needs replacing soon. We later found out our issue was common with new car purchases and that the dealership had experienced this in the past, which should have been mentioned to us either before starting the buying process or once the overall process was explained is as we were made to believe no delays would occur. The purchase of our vehicle was supposed to come with three free months of Sirius/XM, but due to the vehcilel delay, we missed out on almost two months of the free subscription. When we let our Sales Rep know of this, he told us that the dealership would take care of it. Instead, after we had to follow up with the Sales Rep ourselves after not receiving any additional communication about this, we were told by the Sales Rep that they would not be doing anything and that we could extend for “a few bucks”, meaning it was on us. When you spend $40,000 on a vehicle, you would think the dealership would do something to help their customer with something that while not expensive, is an inconvenience and additional money we have to pay out on top of our now significant car payment. The Sales Rep did not keep his word and we are disappointed. More
