All of the paper work,insurance forms, plate transfers were taken care of by Marc. I did not have to make one call. The car was ready for me the next morning. Marc took all the time that was need to cover every detail of the car and offered his time in the future if there was anything I needed. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. There was a trade involved. If Sales Manger John Marinaccio did not intercede this sale would not have happened. He made it work and was genuinely interested in making sure I remain a customer. The last person in the process was Klitos Manuel. All the options for financing and warranties were thoroughly explained to me and the benefits of these were discussed without any pressure to purchase them. Klitos is very knowledgeable involving this part of the business and is an easy person to deal with. These three people made the the entire process as smooth as possible and I left thinking I made the best deal. I had to return to the dealership with an unexpected problem. When I came back Marc Debendictis and Sales Manager John Marinaccio met with me and immediately accessed the problem and made the decision to rectify it.(It took minutes) The issue is resolved and will be addressed when the car comes in for the first service.
