These people treat you by your credit score not what you are trying to accomplish. They make promises and can't deliver on their promises. Do not return phone calls. My credit was even ran on a vehicle that are trying to accomplish. They make promises and can't deliver on their promises. Do not return phone calls. My credit was even ran on a vehicle that I did not want. I feel like that is unprofessional and uncalled for, and will be seeling action regarding it. We were lied to several times by David Linson and Dean did not return any phone calls. I understand our credit may not be in the best shape, but they wanted everything to be on their terms and did not meet the need. The most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever met. More
This overall experience has to deal with the purchase of a Nissan Maxima SV on December 22, 2012. What you will find in the following write up are issues concerning this vehicle In addition, I will explain a Nissan Maxima SV on December 22, 2012. What you will find in the following write up are issues concerning this vehicle In addition, I will explain how the issue continues and the steps I'm taking to resolve my compliant. Nissan has explained to me since I contacted Tammy Darvish (Co-owner) that they will fix the problem. However, if this problem is not resolved within one-month, my next step will be file a law suit. Please read the following: Memorandum Date: January 09, 2013 To: Nissan From: Robert L. Blackwell Re: Vibration Issue ____________________________________________________________________________________ On December 21, 2012, I entered Dar Car Nissan located in Rockville, Maryland with intentions of purchasing a new vehicle and trading in my 1996 Ford Ranger. I test drove a Nissan Maxima SV and after debating pricing with the dealership, I received a new 2012 Nissan Maxima SV that had only 61 miles on it before purchase. During the drive home, I noticed that the tire pressure light was on during my drive that night. The next day (22nd), I brought the vehicle back to the Nissan service center. The service representative Hosea and Rose M. Bayat, Vice President of Customer Relations explained that since the vehicle had been sitting since May 2012’, it is possible this is the reason. During the conversation, I also explained to them that the vehicle seems to vibrate during excessive speeds of 60mph. Hosea explained that the issue was due to the tire pressure being low and by adding pressure it would cure the problem. Within hours of driving the vehicle, I called the service center back and explained that the issue still existed and made an appointment for the Nissan center to look at the problem. On December 29, 2012, I brought the vehicle into the service center and they recommended a hard balancing of the tires. Rose explained that she had several Nissan Maxima’s come thru the service center with this issue but the tech would drive the car and provide a solution. The tech suggested hard balancing the tires. After balancing, I proceeded to drive the vehicle and within seconds, the issue still existed. I called the service center back and was told no one could look at the vehicle because of the weather conditions outside (possible snow & ice was forecasted that day). On December 31, 2012, I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs Division and explained the issue I was having and several vibrating issues I found other consumers were having on the Web. Vanessa, a consumer affairs representative, contact ext. 457330 issued me case no.10327577 and assured that on January 02, 2012, someone from Nissan would contact me in regards to the concern. On January 02, 2013, I received a contact from Richard, the regional manager for the Maryland division. We spoke about the issue and he explained that it would be handled on January 05, 2013. After taking the car in at 7:00am on January 04, 2012 and waiting for 3hrs & 15 minutes, Rose explained the issue still existed based on the service tech road test of the vehicle and that she would be contacting Nissan to find a solution. On this same day, after leaving the service center, I called Richard again and left a message with my concern. At approximately, 11:15am, a Nissan representative from Dar Cars contacted me and explained I would be receiving new tires on the vehicle. On January 08, 2013, at 7:00am, I dropped the vehicle off and was issued a rental car. At 7:00pm, on January 08, 2013, I picked the vehicle up and drove off. However, because of traffic at that time, I was unable to test the vehicle for the problem. On January 09, 2013, while driving to work on interstate 95 North to Arlington, Virginia at approximately 7:30am, the problem still existed; at which I called Richard at 1-800-343-6913 and left a message; who explained that if the matter wasn’t resolved, to contact him the next day. On January 09, 2013, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division of Maryland as well as Fox 5 News Desk and will be providing them copies of my service report as well as emails and any other documentation required. In addition, all my conversations with Richard, as per him, were recorded as well. My concern is that I would like this matter taken care of or have the dealership provide me a new vehicle, being that this problem should not exist in a new car. Best regards, Robert L. Staff were always friendly and service-oriented. Brian Horst, Pre-owned Sales Manager, took great care of my particular case, being transparent, and offering good options. When I returned to the dealer, B Horst, Pre-owned Sales Manager, took great care of my particular case, being transparent, and offering good options. When I returned to the dealer, Brian kept up all of his promises. This is what you would expect of a great dealer. I am recommending Brian and Darcars Nissan of Rockville to all my friends, recommend you pay them a visit, and will keep him in mind for my next vehicle purchase. More
They are not honest. They tried to swindle me. I got OTD $26,000 for 2013 Altima 2.5s even though I would pay for it by cash. If you wanna make a good deal, I highly encourage you to find another dealership $26,000 for 2013 Altima 2.5s even though I would pay for it by cash. This was my first time buying a car, and I really didn't know very much about the process or taking care of a car at the start. My mom was the one to reach out to a few local dealers and look in to my optio know very much about the process or taking care of a car at the start. My mom was the one to reach out to a few local dealers and look in to my options for the car I wanted. Unfortunately, none of them had it in red, but Darcars did have it in black, which was my second choice. Albert, who we worked with through emails at first, was really professional and responsive, which made me feel much more comfortable with the experience. The other dealerships were unresponsive and seemed kind of skeezy. Chaz helped me with actually buying the car, even bringing me a different car of the same model when the first had a slight technical problem and going through the maintenance of the car. Dean helped with the actual paperwork. All three were really great to work with and I feel like I definitely made the right choice going there. More

I should post my WONDERFUL experience with Darcars Nissan of Rockville. I normally take my cars to a decent local mechanic in Charles Town WV near where I live but there are times you need the dealer Nissan of Rockville. I normally take my cars to a decent local mechanic in Charles Town WV near where I live but there are times you need the dealer and there are none near me. I searched Nissan dealers on my route to work (Frederick, Gaithersburg, Rockville) and settled quite by accident on Darcars in Rockville. I made an appointment for the next day and since I got in early I met the service manager, Carrie, who seemed quite knowledgeable. There was a noise under the car she diagnosed, plus my WV mechanic told me about a gastank lining problem causing the check engine light to come on in my Xterra and the gas gauge to fail intermittently (he wanted to charge me $300). Carrie told me that the gastank problem was known in Xterras and it could be fixed under warranty (even with my 50,000+ miles!) Plus there were 2 never-serviced recalls that she had fixed that day. I came back a month later to repair the drivers seat (she replaced the seatback at cost) did the gastank (no charge). The 3d visit a month later (car is in the shop now) is to replace the stereo (I had it replaced by an independent shop 3 years ago and they did an AWFUL job) - so I am putting back in the stock but hi-performing ROCKFORD FOSGATE that I never should have replaced - fair price PLUS the dealer is doing an interior detail. Every time I brought the car in Carrie listened, gave a status update call, and delivered the car as promised. I don't like any of the current models but would seriously consider buying a Nissan anyway just to have Carrie and Darcars Nissan in Rockville work on my car. More

They kept it in the shop for a month with no progress and no courtesy car. I have yet to receive my money back still and its been another two weeks.
