Service might be great here, but the sales experience left a bad taste. We went for a used vehicle but the sales manager wanted us to buy a new one "for about the same price". In reality, after 5 hours and signing paperwork, we discovered that neighboring Russell Toyota and R&H Toyota BOTH advertise better pricing and lower interest rates. More

I brought in my 2007 camry for brake service. I was greeted when I got to the dealership. I was quoted a price and told how long it would be to complete the job.
