Andrew was extremely helpful in getting the Audi I wanted and at a great price. When I picked it up, the car was ready and the purchase was quickly processed. Andrew spend a lot of time going over the features of the car,which I appreciated. It was a pleasure working with him. I would definitely purchasing another car from him.

My Review of DCH Millburn Audi:
Experience was spectacular. There are many audi dealerships closer to my home, but i decided to go to DCH Audi due to the professionalism of the staff and how accommodating the managers were. They were extremely helpful in identifying my needs and assisting me through the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new or pre-owned audi. I assure you won't be disappointed.

The dealer helped alot in getting the credit approval for me as the person who has just been in USA for 16 months. They helped me lot getting discount for auto insurance in Liberty Mutual. The staffs are really helpful. The after sales support is very good in providing assitance.

I bought a new 2010 A5 recently and was very satisfied w/ DCH Audi's Sales process.
Salesman was extremely knowledgable of all models and features and was quickly able to narrow search.
Also was excellant at obtaining different model configurations to view and test drive.
made the selection process very easy and I got a great car @ a great price. Very little haggling and everything was taken care of. very professional.

My Review of DCH Millburn Audi:
Wow. I was referred to this dealer when inquiring about purchasing a new Audi. Needless to say I walked away very impressed with a new 2010 A4. Knowledgeable sales personnel like Leo Yam made the experience enjoyable with no stress plus the price was great. Leo explained all the features, answered all my questions and provided a fair price with low cost financing. Everyone at the dealership I met was courteous and I never felt rushed or pressured. Plus they all seemed to genuinely like working there and spoke highly of the company (DCH). It seemed like all of them had worked for the company more than 10 years. I met GM Edmund Auw, a 24 year DCH employee. That says a lot about the dealership group. Great guy who spent a good 15 minutes with me just talking. I'll definitely buy here again. By the way, this dealer is about 65 miles from my house. I had better closer alternatives, just not better ones.

I can not say enough good things about Millburn Audi and it's employees! I had been looking for a used car for the last two weeks, and had become frustrated with the service and demeanor of other dealerships, when I happened across Millburn Audi's listings on Autotrader.com. From my first phone call to when I entered the dealership, the employees were genuinely friendly, courteous, and honest - qualities not readily found in auto dealers. They went out of their way to accommodate my tight budget, and make my purchase a reality given the constraints! They made me feel like a person and not just another sale. Their honesty and customer service is commendable and based on the service I've received thus far, I'm sure that if/when I have to bring my car in for tune-ups, I will receive the same level of service. I would recommend them without question to my family and friends - and have actually already done so via email, phone, and text! The next time I need to purchase a car, they will be the first dealership to which I will look! Thanks Leo, Alfred, and Millburn Audi!

My Review of DCH Millburn Audi:
I tend to be very exacting to high standards. I researched Audi dealers in Northern New Jersey by browsing their web sites, visiting their dealerships and meeting with salespeople and sales managers. By far, DCH Audi of Millburn was the best. I felt that this dealership is really focused on pleasing the customer. They were flexible, honest, friendly, decent, and a pleasure to work with. They also gave me the best price among all the other competitive prices in the area. Andrew Woolcock was particularly helpful, straightforward, and willing to go the extra length to achieve customer satisfaction. After I had agreed to sign the sales contract, they found and told me about a brand new manufacturer incentive that was not listed on the web yet. They offered me extra time to think my purchase over, and I never felt pressured or manipulated. I bought a new Audi from them and have already recommended my salesperson, Andrew Woolcock, as well as this exceptional dealership, to my friends and neighbors.

My Review of DCH Millburn Audi:
My husband and I recently totalled our car and needed one fast. We scoured the internet for a reasonably priced used Audi and it led us to Jake Auslander. We cannot thank him enough for his courteous and cordial care in dealing with us from the first phone call to actually meeting him. We absolutely love Audi products(this is our third) and we were very pleased with our purchase. We also liked the business manager(don't remember name,sorry)who handled the finances.
We took the car for a Diagnostic and we were told it was in perfect condition. Just want to share our very positive and prompt service.
We would definitely do business in the future.

My Review of DCH Millburn Audi:
My wife and I were in the market to replace her BMW X3 as the lease was nearing the end of term. We had been contacted by BMW but were unimpressed with the dealership and the options that they were presenting. I had seen the A3 at the NY Auto Show and liked it. My neighbors have driven Audis for years and spoke highly of service at DCH. Working in Millburn, the dealership was nearby my office so I arranged to stop in to see about pricing and availability.

I was greeted by Jake Auslander as I walked in the door. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I brought my wife in for a test drive and afterward she made a point of telling me that she felt very comfortable working with Jake. We found a car that we liked and began to work out terms. For comparison we shopped other dealers for price and service options. Jake was the only salesman that we encountered that took a genuine interest in making the effort to establish a relationship that would extend beyond the initial sale. Additionally, his quick follow up was unmatched by any of the competition. I feel confident that we made the right choice of vehicle and dealer. I recommend Jake and DCH to anyone in the market for an Audi

My Review of DCH Millburn Audi:
We are now on our third car from this dealership. Not only has the sales department been accommodating, but they go out of their way to help us and keep us apprised of new merchandise when it comes onto the lot.

I cannot say enough about the service department. From the Director down to the service guys, everyone gives 100%. The best, though, is Rocco. He is a gentleman and a generous, sweet man. Always has a smile and a big hello. Knows us well and asks about each of our family members. This service department is a throw back to earlier, simple days when service was personal.

I highly recommend this dealership based on fairness, service and care.
