This dealership is horrendous. Worst service I’ve had in any form of business. Do NOT give them any business. Brought my brand new lease (2 weeks old) in for a fix over a month ag Worst service I’ve had in any form of business. Do NOT give them any business. Brought my brand new lease (2 weeks old) in for a fix over a month ago. Zero updates or contact from Dana Ford. Each time I called was just told I was waiting for one part to come in. When the part finally came in they then only began doing the rest of the work to the vehicle—adding more days to the already over 34 my car had been there. No offer of help compensation or guidance at all. Zero customer service help. Will be speaking to the BBB. More
