Garry, Thank you for your feedback--it is so important to our improving our processes. To clarify, the services for your vehicle at 112,500 and 52,500 miles are identical. Our in-house computer system needs to catch up with our online system which does list them as separate services but the actual tasks performed are the same. I will pass on your comment abut the emails to the Regional Manager from Hyundai. It's helpful to know when we're "over-communicating." Thank you again for letting us know about your experience.
