When I called Danbury Kia to schedule a time to test drive a used car on their lot, they were so helpful and made the process so easy. My car had blown its transmission so I had to get a car. We immediately sat down and did not feel pressured for anything. Gui was so helpful and worked with us to make something work. I am proud to say I was able to leave that same day in a brand new 2024 Sorento! It was the same model and trim I was looking at prior! I was so happy when we left. I even think I cried a little the day he said we could take the car that day. All the salesmen were super nice and even the manager came over to talk to us and try to help us find a solution to my broken-down vehicle. Even the woman in the finance office was great to work with! Made the whole process of signing the papers very easy! I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
