installed accessories I had my 2017, Tundra to Dayton Toyota for installation of accessories, running boards, rainguards, floor mats and protect all coating. Mr, Keith Chan I had my 2017, Tundra to Dayton Toyota for installation of accessories, running boards, rainguards, floor mats and protect all coating. Mr, Keith Chandler, of your Accessories Dept. was very helpful in getti g me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle had work doen to it. Also any questions I had, about the protect all coating Mr.Chandler answered them for me. he was very courteous, helpful. Also the female service advisor was very helpful ( I don't her name) she also was very helpful to me. When my truck was done, I went to get it. The installations were done very well and I was pleased, andf this was mentioned to Mr. Keith Chandler. He told me that Phil , (technician) had done the work on my truck and he is very good. I asked Mr.,Chandler to thank him for me. Everyomne there I encountered is veryu nice. More

Address a Prior Issue On Friday, June 23,2017, my wife and I went to Dayton Toyota to address a prior issue from may 2017. We spoke to Mr. Paul Cifaldi, about that issue. he was very fair, courteous and professional in listiening to what we had to say. mr. Cifalod apologiozed for what had happened and that it would be addressed in the future. I had been to Dayton Toyota, the previous week to have my 2007 Tundra serviced, and I looked at 2017 Tundra that I liked. Today that was also discussed with Mr. Cafaldi and ended up buying the new truck. This was a very good experience, and it made us feel at ease and there was no pressure to buy my new Tundra. This was th first time that my wife and I had met Mr.Cifaldi. He was a gentleman. Also salesman Dan Greco was assigned to go with us for a test drive of the new Tundra. Dan is very pleasant and aswered any questions I asked. He was very courteous , professional and very nice to deal with. This was a no high pressure sales both Mr. Paul Cifaldi and Mr. Dan Greco were very nice to us. More

The service team asked all my questions and provided me with multiple options and I chose to work with a member of sales and they also were able to give me multiple options to help me get back on the road to go about my day to day with my family. I left Dayton Toyota with a lot less stress on my back and in a strong running car that I love to be in. More

Sam Olivio and Joe (who helped me sign my papers) were absolutely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. From the moment I spoke with Sam, her upbeat attitude and eagerness to discuss the car in detail with me was refreshing and kept me wanting to speak with her. And ultimately, buy the car that same day! When I came into the dealership, Joe was out front waiting on me. Sam filled him in on our conversations and he had the car ready to go! He had a fun attitude which made the test drive enjoyable. When we signed the paperwork, he was quick and efficient. No one likes to be in a dealership for hours on end, so this was extremely refreshing! Joe Castoria made sure they detailed the car before I took possession of it as well! The finance man Jason made everything simple and understandable, explaining everything along the way! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for car buying. This is the third new car I've purchased and this has been the most effortless and enjoyable experience. Thank you guys for everything you did for me and I am truly going to enjoy my car! More
