Mr, Keith Chandler, of your Accessories Dept. was very helpful in getti g me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle had work doen to it. Also any questions I had, about the protect all coating Mr.Chandler answered them for me. he was very courteous, helpful. Also the female service advisor was very helpful ( I don't her name) she also was very helpful to me. When my truck was done, I went to get it. The installations were done very well and I was pleased, andf this was mentioned to Mr. Keith Chandler. He told me that Phil , (technician) had done the work on my truck and he is very good. Address a Prior Issue On Friday, June 23,2017, my wife and I went to Dayton Toyota to address a prior issue from may 2017. We spoke to Mr. Paul Cifaldi, about that issue. he was very fair, courteous and professional in listiening to what we had to say. mr. Cifalod apologiozed for what had happened and that it would be addressed in the future. I had been to Dayton Toyota, the previous week to have my 2007 Tundra serviced, and I looked at 2017 Tundra that I liked. Today that was also discussed with Mr. Cafaldi and ended up buying the new truck. This was a very good experience, and it made us feel at ease and there was no pressure to buy my new Tundra. This was th first time that my wife and I had met Mr.Cifaldi. He was a gentleman. Also salesman Dan Greco was assigned to go with us for a test drive of the new Tundra. Dan is very pleasant and aswered any questions I asked. He was very courteous , professional and very nice to deal with.
