I will never buy another vehicle from Daytona Hyundai because of their service department. No one returns my calls and the appointments on line won’t let you book because they are booked 30 days out. The last two times I was able to get in it took hours just to change the oil. They put the car on the front side where I walked down and watched through the window and they never rotated the tires but I had already been there over 4 hours and wasn’t waiting. Bottom line, their service department is the worst I have ever experienced and I am so angry that I continue to tell my story to everyone that even mentions that they might buy a car there. My son went in there just after we bought the 2023 and wanted to test drive a Veloster and the salesman said they didn’t have anyone available to go with him. Needless to say he went to Deland and paid cash for one because they didn’t judge him for his appearance. What Daytona Hyundai didn’t realize is that even though he was 21 years old, he owns a company called ByteHost.io that grossed over 10 million last year. He has several vehicles but wanted the Veloster. Shame on the salesman who prejudged him because he lost several sales over that one incident. The service department is the real problem there though and I am completely done with them. I suggest if you or anyone you know insists on buying Hyundai, DO NOT BUY From DAYTONA HYUNDAI More

Made appointment for oil change & tire rotation for fri. Oct. 6 at 10:20 am arrived on time. At 9:35 am someone said they would help me soon, never happened! I had the most pleasant experience not once, but twice with this dealership. I helped a friend buy a car and they faciltated that loan protecting me all along. I then had to take the car away from this person 9 mo later, and brought it back to the same dealership and they facilitated a trade with my brother and myself with an even swap. I was so appreciative of Alex in Financing, Tom in used cars and most of all Regina Nicotra as my sales lady involved in both transactions. I want to do a shout out to Adam in Service he was AWESOME helping me out with the return of the car. Thank ya'll so much and hope to do business again... Thank you all for restoring my faith in car dealerships that are honest and trust worthy. I have bought 11+ vehicles over the years at various dealerships and have never been treated with so much respect and courtesy from a dealership. Usually they see a single woman come in and either do 1) ignore me until I go up to someone and say can you help me or 2) think I don't know anything about cars and try to up the price on me with various add ons or fees or whatever else they can think of.. Tis dealership does not. They did not know I could write a check for whatever car I wanted, and was treated as if I could from the get go. More

Over the years, I have been generally pleased with servicing my vehicles there. The situation referred to on 03/19 left me a bit dissatisfied. On 03/18, I called to get an appointment. No return call. On 03/19 I called again - no return. That's what prompted me to "go higher". For whatever, a service person called late Saturday to schedule my appointment. Did she act on her own? Or was she instructed by management to "satisfy" an irate customer. I never heard from Glenn Richey personally - or he did not identify himself.
