Although we brought our '08 Tucson in for service, we ended up buying a 2011 Tucson instead. This is the third car we have bought from this dealer in two years. We have bought many cars in the past, but have never dealt with a dealer quite like Jon Hall Hyundai. The entire staff from the receptionist Holly Ann, our salesman Paul Gastreich, the business manager Dana Wilson to the general manager, Jon Hall, Jr is the friendliest and most professional group of employees in the auto industry that we have dealt with. The service department and our service advisor, Doug likewise is top notch. Dana Wilson explained concisely all of the paperwork involved in the transaction and answered all our questions in detail. Paul Gastreich took a lot of time familiarizing us with all the facets of the car and made sure we understood them before we drove off the lot. We will continue to have our cars serviced at Jon Hall Hyundai and will undoubtibly buy more Hyundais there in the future. More
