If she did not know an answer to a question, she was on top of it and got us an answer. This lady worked hard. Every box of our "wants" were "checked". And then it was not a Subaru but a VW Tiguan SLE we purchased. We love this car and everyone at the dealership was very attentive and knowledgeable.
