I took my 2011 Subaru Forester for service and was greeted by my sales guy, Brandon, very nice to see him again, He showed me the the service department (I needed to have my car checked). Routine oil change: bought my Subaru here and they take great care of it. If i'm waiting on the service, they typically give me a heads-up 10 minutes or so before it's done, and throw in a free carwash. Ev great care of it. The Dean Team got me in at the last minute and were professional and helpful. I mentioned to the service technician that I was considering buying out my lease and he immediately directed me to another professional and helpful. He went thru all the pros and cons of buying out my lease versus buying a new Subaru. He was an excellent wealth of knowledge and even showed me how to work a problem I was having with my GPS. This is a very good dealership. More
