It took 4 months for them to get my car in to fix the bumper that fell off. They finally did and gave me a rental but it took another 6 weeks to actually get the repair done. I Scheduled an Appointment to replace a key fob and no key fobs in stock. I was there 2 weeks prior for auto butler and discussed warranty and replacement, called and communicated that when I made the ap key fobs in stock. My vehicle was due for an oil change, tire rotation and I had gotten a re-call notice and that issue was addressed and corrected as w was excellent.
