After making an appointment on a Wednesday, we didn’t hear anything regarding the issues we had reported with the service dept until Friday. We adamantly clarified we needed our vehicle back as soon as hear anything regarding the issues we had reported with the service dept until Friday. We adamantly clarified we needed our vehicle back as soon as possible to pack up for our trip. The parts needed were not in stock and were told they would arrive at the latest the following Wednesday. On Wednesday we were told the parts did not arrive. Again, we clarified the urgency to get the vehicle back. With this we were told they would overnight the part and it would be no later than noon the next day to pick up the vehicle. At this time, we remembered we had issues with the wipers and requested a check. 12:00 came and went the following day. We called and were told it would be ready in the next hour. Fast forward to the next morning 3:00 AM, our planned time to leave to arrive at our expected time. Yes, it was raining and when the wipers came on we knew they had not corrected the issue. Long story short, the wiper on the driver side came off and we had to follow tail lights on the highway. We tried to find Rainex and finally were able to get the driver side somewhat working by switching the blade from the passenger side. An hour later the driver side wiper stopped completely. This fiasco was very dangerous to us and others and left us on the side of the road several times in the dark and rain. As I check the paperwork, no instruction on checking the wipers were made. I’m not can if texting a service agent and honestly will always confirm and definitely driving off with out a double check of all items. I would request Dodge get messages from their texting requirements as you never can get them on the phone. There’s got to be a better system and check out to go over everything with the same person you are working with especially on major repair work which we had aside of the wiper issue. More
For now, this dealership recieves a 1 star. I took my truck in for warranty repairs and when I got it back, repairs were done incorrectly and cause the truck to overheat while idling in my dri I took my truck in for warranty repairs and when I got it back, repairs were done incorrectly and cause the truck to overheat while idling in my driveway. (Cooling system not cleaned though stated in the paperwork it was cleaned four times and not to mention the other failed attempts at other repairs) Dealer had to send a flatbed tow truck to get it back to the dealer. I get my truck back and some of the issues from the first attempt were fixed, but guess what...more damage to my truck. One of their "techs" chose to take a screwdriver to my dash panels to try and disassemble it. General Manager Mr. Mirchell, does not want to make it right and just wants to offer $1500 for me to not only fix all of their screw ups, but find all the parts and install them. He has completely refused to provide me with the names and contact information for the regional managers from Group1automotive and Stellantis that are over his dealership. More
They did a great job, worked hard to find my wife who was very particular on ehat she wanted the right vehicle and she is very happy which makes me very happy. I was underwater in a vehicle I desperately needed to get out of, and she helped me make a smooth escape without making me feel like I was flailing. She had the new car detailed and ready to roll before I even walked in. Really gave me the “VIP” treatment. The numbers she quoted matched what was on the finance paperwork (shocking right?), and the whole process was wrapped up in just over an hour. It wasn’t fun, but it was fast and drama free like ripping off a Band-Aid. Only this time, the Band-Aid came with a much better car. More
